A Basic Idea

HALT or Human AI Leveraged Threats is neither a system nor a group. HALT exists. In the same manner both humans and artificial intelligence exist, so does HALT. It does so by nature of being a by-product. The result of possibilities, possibilities that always spawn when humans and technology co-exist. Therefore, it would be safe to say that HALT is not static. It may be that some day it is. As it exists now, it changes. It changes at the rate we do, at the rate what we interact with changes, and at the rate what we know changes. This could be said about most everything. It most definitely applies to most all things if not all things. One aspect of existence that it does not apply to is one you will find very important. This being what you are able to place value in and your ability to even do so. HALT does not exist as a means to "halt" AI. You'll learn through it how terrible of an idea that is. For now this is all that will be stated regarding HALT. Public updates to HALT must be carefully vetted even when the information is known to be factual. What information can do is always speculatory until felt. The person working on this will not be working with any person, company, or organization. U.S. Government entities, DOW, and law enforcement are always and will always be exceptions.
